Point Five
One rule: be the right shape, or the right color, by the time you reach the gate. Get it wrong and the run is over.
Every gate you clear speeds the game up and shortens the gap to the next one, so a score is a long chain of split-second corrections rather than one lucky pass. There are two ways to play, one keyed to color and one to shape, plus gems to collect and a best score that stays on the menu until you beat it.

Every gate checks one or the other. There is no partial credit and no second attempt. The run just ends.
Difficulty you earn
Speed climbs and gates spawn closer together as your score rises, so the game only gets harder because you are playing well.
