It lists the processes running on your machine, grouped by category, in colorful terminal output. It works the same across operating systems.
Why is the npm package called logggggoff?
That was the original name. It started as an attempt to build something that closed all your work applications at 5pm, and the process lister is what came out of it. The package name stayed.
